Breeze ("we", "us") operates the breezepim.com website. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit the site, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Information you send us. If you contact us — for example by emailing us or requesting a demo — we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and to follow up about Breeze. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting providers automatically log basic technical information about visits: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use this data only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Cookies. The site does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use third-party analytics.
Who processes data on our behalf
The site runs on infrastructure operated by:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — serves the website and provides network security. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare's network and are subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Railway Corporation — hosts the content management system that stores the text and images shown on this site. See Railway's privacy policy.
These providers process technical request data as described above. The site's content management system does not store visitor accounts or visitor-submitted data.
Data retention
Correspondence you send us is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain our business records. Server logs are retained by our infrastructure providers according to their standard schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise them, email us at info@breezepim.com and we will respond promptly.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
